Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hemford purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused.

  • Protective films, tags, and packaging must remain intact.

  • The watch must be returned in its original box with all included materials.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or engraved products

  • Final sale or clearance items (where stated)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Hemford cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, Hemford does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Warranty

Hemford watches include a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage caused by misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Strap wear

  • Battery depletion

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
